Shipping policy

Where We Ship
AUREVIA currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before they ship. Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as processing has not yet begun. To cancel, contact us at support@aureviago.com with your order number. No cancellation fee applies to eligible cancellations.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options, when available, are also shown at checkout with their cost.

Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
